RATES
| Full price: adults
| Reduced rate: (subject to proof of eligibility): Members, people with disabilities, people with reduced mobility (PRM)*, CMI mobility inclusion card holders, AAH recipients, RSA recipients, France Travail beneficiaries, groups (10 or more people).
| Student rate: under 25s: 50% off ticket prices (all categories except Gold Square), on presentation of a student card.
| All Festival and Academy events are free for under-18s (all categories except Gold Square).
| Lectures: €10 flat rate / free for students under 25 and under-18s. Free with the purchase of a Concert Pass.
* For wheelchair users, specific seats are available at all venues. To facilitate your access to the venue, please make your booking by email or telephone. If a companion is required (indicated on the PRM card), they are also entitled to the reduced rate.
CONCERTS – ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
For security reasons related to the Vigipirate security alert system, the following items are prohibited at concert venues: water bottles and other bottles containing liquids, food, umbrellas, helmets (bike, motorcycle), large bags, etc.
The Festival is unable to provide a cloakroom service.
TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALES
A ticket is valid only for the event, on the date and at the location indicated on the ticket.
Except in the event of cancellation of the concert, this ticket cannot be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed, including in the event of loss, theft or interruption beyond half the duration of the event.
No duplicates will be issued. Resale at a higher price than that indicated is forbidden (law of 27 06 1919). It is forbidden to counterfeit or reproduce this ticket in any way whatsoever.
Each ticket carries a unique code allowing access to only one person at the time of control. In the event of multiple presentations of the same code, only the first person will have access to the event. In the case of numbered seating, only the ticket holder is authorized to occupy his or her seat. This ticket is personal, and must be kept with you for the duration of the event.
You’ll need to bring with you official proof of entitlement (less than 3 months old) and proof of identity.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. Latecomers will not be entitled to the seat indicated on their ticket, and may be refused access once the doors are closed.
It is forbidden to take photos or film during the concert.
CARPOOLING
A carpooling platform will be made available for the various events of the 2026 edition. It will be accessible from every event page, on our website and on the online ticket office.

Parking
Two free parking lots are available less than 400 meters from the town center:
| Parking Harriet Baita, rue Duconte (210 spaces, 400m from the pedestrian axis),
| Parking Urdazuri, avenue Marañon – behind the station (380 spaces, 200m from the halles and 300m from the pedestrian zone).
For people with limited mobility, apart from parking lots with entry/exit terminals and stop-and-go areas, all paid on-street parking spaces open to the public (with pay-and-display machines) are free of charge.
On-street parking in Saint-Jean-de-Luz is subject to payment every day, except Sundays and public holidays, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
