TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALES
This ticket is valid only for the event, on the date and at the location indicated on the ticket.
Except in the event of cancellation of the concert, this ticket cannot be taken back, exchanged or reimbursed, including in the event of loss, theft or interruption beyond half the duration of the event.
No duplicates will be issued. Resale at a higher price than that indicated is forbidden (law of 27 06 1919). It is forbidden to counterfeit or reproduce this ticket in any way whatsoever.
Each ticket carries a unique code allowing access to only one person at the time of control. In the event of multiple presentations of the same code, only the first person will have access to the event. In the case of numbered seating, only the ticket holder is authorized to occupy his or her seat. This ticket is personal, and must be kept with you for the duration of the event.
You’ll need to bring with you official proof of entitlement (less than 3 months old) and proof of identity.
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. Latecomers will not be entitled to the seat indicated on their ticket, and may be refused access once the doors are closed.
It is forbidden to take photos or film during the concert.

Parking
Two free parking lots are available less than 400 meters from the town center:
| Parking Harriet Baita, rue Duconte (210 spaces, 400m from the pedestrian axis),
| Parking Urdazuri, avenue Marañon – behind the station (380 spaces, 200m from the halles and 300m from the pedestrian zone).
For people with limited mobility, apart from parking lots with entry/exit terminals and stop-and-go areas, all paid on-street parking spaces open to the public (with pay-and-display machines) are free of charge.
On-street parking in Saint-Jean-de-Luz is subject to payment every day, except Sundays and public holidays, from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
