Program
Twin sisters Florencia Oz and Isidora O’Ryan immerse themselves in a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic that seeks harmony, elegance through symmetry and balance. It tells the story of their journey, from when they were one, to the moment when one stopped being the other in order to become herself.
The dance, flamenco, percussion and visual poetry of one shape the voice, instrument, melody and sung poetry of the other.
One may have been born during a transatlantic journey and through flamenco dance, and the other through the cello and learned avant-garde composition. Between strings, voices, gestures and movement, this poetic dialogue filled with memories and future dreams explores, through the feeling of love, the boundaries where the self ends and where the other begins.
