Vibe Rouvet
Driven by a quest for authenticity and a fascination with human emotions, soprano Vibe Rouvet explores the power of the voice as a sensitive link between eras and narratives.
In 2024, she won second prize at the Kattenburg Competition on the stage of the Lausanne Opera. The previous year, she was named Jeune Talent Musica by the Festival Musica Le Mans, where she sang the roles of Barberina (Le Nozze di Figaro) and Crobyle (Thaïs) in 2023, as well as the role of Zerlina (Don Giovanni) in 2024.
In March 2025, she played the Queen of the Night (The Magic Flute) with the Palais Royal orchestra in Paris, and reprised this role at the Lausanne Opera in November 2025.
At the beginning of June, she performed the Princess and the Bat (L’Enfant et les Sortilèges) as part of the Ravel Festival in Ciboure.
In 2026, she will make her debut as Violetta Valery in La Traviata in Sion for the Ouverture Opéra (August 28 to September 23), an exceptional role whose vocal and dramatic demands make it a rare challenge for a young soprano.
At the end of her 2026 season and beginning of 2027, Vibe will have the opportunity to tour several French opera houses and theaters with the CoOperative, performing the role of La Fée in Boesmans’ opera Pinocchio.
A graduate of the HEMU in Lausanne, she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in solo performance in the class of Frédéric Gindraux and Jean-Philippe Clerc. She is honing her skills in masterclasses with Lisette Oropesa, Barbara Hannigan, Patricia Petibon, Nino Machaidze, and Véronique Gens.
