Théo Lamperier

Théo Lampérier discovered percussion at a very young age, which led him to study at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (CRR) of Rouen in Catherine Favre’s class. After graduating from high school, he spent a year at Pôle Sup’93 studying with Gabriel Benlolo before joining the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP) in 2019. There, he completed two master’s degrees in Percussion and Chamber Music under the guidance of Gilles Durot and Jérémie Dufort.

Théo Lampérier performs regularly with renowned orchestras and ensembles, including the Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, Ensemble Le Balcon, and Ensemble Miroirs Étendus. He also works as a drummer on a variety of projects, including the European tour of the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 video game soundtrack.

Théo Lampérier is a member of Orchestre Curieux and Ensemble Crumb, a group composed of three percussionists and one flutist. He also co-founded Duo Contact with Pierre Tomassi, a percussion duo that will perform with Ensemble Sequenza 9.3 at the Philharmonie de Paris on March 4, 2027.
