Through its already highly successful and promising professional experiences, the Quatuor Lunaris continues on a journey enriched by encounters, training, and diverse projects, all of which contribute to the realization of an artistic vision that is as ambitious as it is human.

It thus embodies a musical vision rooted in the values of sharing, passing on knowledge, and artistic exploration, and is establishing itself as a rapidly rising ensemble, ready to enrich the musical landscape in a unique way.

Founded in 2024, the Quatuor Lunaris brings together four musicians who studied at prestigious music schools in France and abroad.

In 2025, the quartet was admitted to the master’s program in chamber music at the CNSMD in Paris, studying under Claire Désert, François Salque, and Louis Rodde. That same year, the Quatuor Lunaris was also selected by the Jeunes Talents association for the 2025–2026 season and participated in the Ravel Festival Academy in August 2025, where it was named a laureate. They recently performed on a tour as part of the Pablo Casals Festival in Prades.

They were unanimously awarded First Prize, the Prize of Honor, and the “Grand Prix Super Finale” among all prize winners (across all disciplines) at the 2025 edition of the Léopold Bellan International Competition.

The ensemble will begin a residency at the Singer-Polignac Foundation in September 2026.

The Quatuor Lunaris receives valuable guidance from Pierre Fouchenneret, Bertrand Chamayou, Pauline Sachse, Vincent Coq, and Jean Sulem.
