Hadewych de Vos is a chamber musician at heart. Between 2016 and 2021 she was founding first violinist of the Dutch Pelargos Quartet, with whom she performed throughout The Netherlands. Recently, Hadewych de Vos joined the Dutch StringWood Ensemble, with whom she performs in various chamber music settings throughout the season.

Hadewych de Vos is also interested in historically informed performance practice. She studied baroque violin with Emmanuel Resche-Caserta and François Fernandez. In 2025, she performed as a soloist in Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante on historical instruments at Château de Fontainebleau. This season she is an academist at The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and Les Musiciens du Louvre.

Besides her conservatory studies, Hadewych de Vos has a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the universities of Leiden and Delft.
